According to news agency's research, the billionaire's fortune did not change last year, but in January it decreased by $25 million. It is reported that the businessman's money were invested in companies operating in various fields.

It should be noted that Ivanishvili was the prime minister of Georgia in 2012-13.

He retired from politics in 2013, but returned to politics in 2018, and from May 2018 to January this year headed the ruling party Georgian Dream.
