January 29, Fineko/abc.az. Central Bank’s chairman Elman Rustamov has held an online press conference.

ABC.AZ reports that Rustamov clarified some issues.

"Taking into account the current trend and our expectations, we predict that inflation will be about 4% by the end of 2021," Rustamov stated.

According to CBA’s chair, this is linked with fiscal stimulus and the recovery of consumption.

In 2020, inflation made up 2.8% in Azerbaijan.
