January 6, Fineko/abc.az. Gulay is to conduct an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting will take place at 10 am on 8 February in company’s administrative building at address: Baku city, Yasamal district, Inshaatchilar Avenue, 31.

The shareholders will discuss the matter of company’s restructuring and other organizational issues.
