December 30, Fineko/abc.az. Reinsurance company AzRe Tekrarsigorta will conduct an extraordinary meeting of shareholders to discuss the financial results of Company's activities in 2020. In addition, the shareholders will have to resolve the issue of paying dividends at the expense of retained earnings.

The meeting will be held on 30 January.
