A new company registered with equity capital of $300,000

December 30, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan has registered one more company - SAR Caspian LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that the authorized capital of the company is $300,000. Its official representative is Russian citizen Rauf Khalilov. The company passed state registration on 27 November.
