December 29, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has made public liquid assets of the domestic banking sector.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Central Bank’s statement about the main directions of monetary & financial stability policy for 2021, the liquid assets of country’s banking sector currently amount to AZN 9 bn.

In the statement the CBA stresses that the capital of the banking sector is sufficient to cover losses.

The instant liquidity ratio on the banking system is 59% that is almost 2-fold higher than the standard (30%).
