December 7, Fineko/abc.az. Lufthansa, one of the world's largest airlines, is expected to make significant staff cuts.

ABC.AZ reports that by the end of 2020 the company will lay off a total of 29,000 employees worldwide.

And next year, the company is said to cut about 10,000 people in Germany.

Before this, Eurovings, Swiss, Austrian and Brussels airlines, in which Lufthansa Group is shareholder, reduced their staff because of the pandemic.
