November 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan held a currency auction with the participation of the State Oil Fund.

The CBA reported that $62.7 million was sold to banks at the currency auction on 24 November.

"The demand from banks at the currency auction amounted to $62.7 million and was fully met," the CBA said.

As a result of the auction, the weighted average exchange rate of the manat to the US dollar was $1.70.
