November 10, Fineko/abc.az. As we reported, President Ilham Aliyev has addressed to the Azerbaijani people.

ABC.AZ reports  that the head of state touched upon some points.

"There is another important point in this document: there is not a word about the status of Nagorno Karabakh. Where are the demands of the Armenian side that Nagorno Karabakh should be granted independence? When I offered them autonomy, they refused. Pashinyan, there is not a word about the status of Nagorno Karabakh in this document, and there is not and will not be as long as I am the President of Azerbaijan," President Aliyev said in his address to the Azerbaijani people.

According to the Azerbaijani leader, this is why this document is of great importance.

"I am sure that the Azerbaijani people will carefully read this document and see what a great political victory we have won," the head of state underlined.
