November 10, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has addressed to the Azerbaijani people and announced the end of the conflict.

ABC.AZ reports that the Azerbaijani leader stated that today is a historic day for our country.

"Today, the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is ending. I believe the trilateral statement signed now will be the final point in the direction of resolving this issue," the head of state said.
