October 27, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past part of this year the population's deposits in banks decreased by 9.1%.

ABC.AZ reports that according to Central Bank's statistical data, despite the decline in the retail deposits, there was growth (by 0.8%) on the deposits of legal entities for Jan-Sept 2020.

Over the past 9 months banks' liabilities to the CBA grew almost 2.4-fold up to AZN 384.8 million.

The balance sheet capital of the sector reduced by 1.4% to AZN 4.624 bn.
