October 12, Fineko/abc.az. Today, in the morning, the armed formations of the enemy side fired rockets and heavy artillery from various directions at the Terter, Aghdam and Goranboy districts.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Prosecutor General's Office that as a result of an exploded shell in village Kengerli of Terter district, Kamal Beylarov, born in 1970, was seriously injured and hospitalized.

Currently, the Prosecutor's Office is taking all the necessary investigative measures possible under combat conditions.
