July 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Baku Inshaat-1 shareholders are to gather for a regular general meeting.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting to be organized on 25 August will discuss the report of Company’s Board on the financial and economic activities for 2019, the formation of the Supervisory Board, executive body and the revision commission, as well as other issues.

The meeting will take place at address: Darnagul Settlement, Binagadi District of Baku.
