Another JSC under liquidation – its shares to be withdrawn from circulation

July 6, Fineko/abc.az. Another open joint-stock company is being closed in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that speech is about Novruz OJSC. The company has already set up a commission for the liquidation process.

A general meeting of the company's shareholders will be held for liquidation on July 27. Also, in connection with the decision to liquidate the company at the meeting, the company's shares will be withdrawn from circulation.
