June 11, Fineko/abc.az. SOCAR Petroleum SA Romania plans to lease 5 gas stations operated by IPECO S.A.

ABC.AZ reports that the Romanian Competition Council is considering a deal granting SOCAR Petroleum SA the right to operate 5 fuel distribution stations operated by IPECO S. A. in Gorj district.

According to the Council, if the deal is approved, 5 gas stations will be operated by SOCAR Petroleum SA on a long-term lease basis. The deal amount is not reported.

In April 2020 the Romanian Competition Council approved a deal under which SOCAR Petroleum SA received the right to lease 6 gas stations operated by Aral MTB for a period of 10 years.
