Oil rises in price after decline, Brent is at $29.80 a barrel

May 7, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are growing moderately in Thursday’s trading after falling the day before.

By 9:25 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange, the Brent crude futures for July fell by $0.12 (0.4%) to $29.84 a barrel.

Following the trading 6 May at the ICE Futures Exchange the July’s futures fell by $1.25 (4.04%) to $29.72 a barrel.

By 9:25 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI futures for June fell in price by $0.17 (0.71%) to $24.16 a barrel.

At the end of trading on 6 May at the NYMEX the June’s WTI oil futures fell in price by $0.57 (2.32%) to $23.99 a barrel.
