April 24, Fineko/abc.az. The National Confederation of Business Organizations (Employers) of Azerbaijan (ASK) discussed the draft of the main changes to the tax and social legislation relating to the provision of tax benefits and vacations to business entities (including small and medium-sized businesses).

ABC.AZ was informed at ASK that during the discussions the specific proposals were heard regarding tax incentives for donations, the mechanism for taxation of retail sales of agricultural products, problems arising in the category of risky taxpayers.

At the end of the discussion a decision was made to combine those proposals into a single document and send them to the Ministry of Economy and the parliament.
