April 13, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) plans to put into operation the 43.3 km long Lyaki-Gabala railway line in 2020.

ABC.AZ reports that in addition, ADY is conducting preparatory work for the construction of 57 km long railway line Khudat-Shahdag. The date of the start of construction of this railway is not known, but this line will make a great contribution to Azerbaijani tourism.

It is expected that after the commissioning of Khudat-Shahdag railway, the number of visitors to tourist sites in the northern zone will also increase.
