March 18, Fineko/abc.az. As of 1 March nine electric and 1,273 hybrid cars were imported in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the total cost of imported electric vehicles amounted to $90,400 and hybrid cars to $6.68 million.

According to the Customs Committee, for Jan-Feb 2020 the country imported cars for totally $122.89 million (by 6,378 cars or 2.3-fold times against Jan-Feb 2019).

This year Azerbaijan imported 10,717 autombiles and 64 buses.
