New head to be elected to this company - Shareholders gather for a relevant meeting

February 24, Fineko/abc.az. A general meeting of the shareholders of Shamkir Sernishin-Negliyat OJSC will be held on 28 March.

ABC.AZ reports that on agenda of the meeting to be conducted at 5 pm are questions about the election of the Board of Directors, the Audit Commission, the Supervisory Board, and the distribution of profits for 2019.
