February 17, Fineko/abc.az. The merger of two companies has been declared in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to newspaper Vergiler (Taxes) that Argo Pear Company LLC held a general meeting of its founder shareholders. There a decision was made on the merger with KHATT LLC (TIN: 1300252701).

KHATT LLC has been liquidated and joined Argo Pear Company LLC.
