February 14, Fineko/abc.az. Sharur, one of the construction giants of Azerbaijan, is to be reorganized.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to newspaper Vergiler that Sharur will be reorganized as a result of merger with Global-Azeri LLC.

Global-Azeri LLC announced about its liquidation.

This company belongs to businessman Isfendiyar Akhundov, known as Sherurlu Isfendiyar.
