Changes in Embafinance - What happens in the company?

December 11, Fineko/abc.az. Non-bank credit institution Embafinance has changed its legal form.

ABC.AZ reports that according to Embafinance, it has already submitted an appeal to the Ministry of Taxes in connection with the change of the organizational legal form of open joint stock company Embafinance in a closed joint stock company (CJSC).

As of today, the legal form of the company has been changed and registered.
