December 4, Fineko/abc.az. The bill on health insurance was passed in the 3rd reading at the Milli Majlis plenary session held on 3 December.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the proposed change of the transitional provision of the bill, compulsory health insurance will be applied stage by stage during 2020 with taking into account the sequence established by the body (organization) established by the relevant executive authority. The bill was adopted after voting.

Compulsory health insurance will be applied throughout the country from 1 January, but subsequently a decision was made on its gradual application.
