November 20, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree concerning the heads of executive authorities of Masalli and Agjabedi districts.

Under the order, Rafil Huseynov was dismissed from the post of executive power head in Masalli district and appointed the executive power head in Agjabedi district.

In compliance with another order Shahin Mammadov was dismissed from the post of executive power head in Agjabedi district and appointed head of executive power of Masalli district.
