December 14, Fineko/abc.az. The State Housing Agency (MIDA) has defined itself with choice of a company to construct a trade center on the territory of the residential complex in Yasamal district of Baku.

The Agency reports that it is PMD Group LLC to invest about AZN 7 million in design, construction and management of the trade center.

"The total area of the shopping center will be 7,000 sq m. Supermarket Bravo, a car park, shops, cafes and restaurants, entertainment areas for children and social facilities will operate on the territory of the trade center," MIDA said in a statement.

Commissioning of the trade center is scheduled for 4th quarter of 2019.
