October 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Taxes continues measures to control the correct calculation and timely transfer of taxes to the State Budget by taxpayers.

The Ministry informs that tax authorities arrested the property (object) in the building owned by Park City LLC in the amount of AZN 480,000 for the presence of tax debts for AZN 457,432.

In order to ensure the payment of the tax for AZN 15,482, Production & Foreign Economic Relations Azerkhimiya OJSC attached the machines and other equipment in the amount of AZN 25,200 in the appropriate order.

In addition, a decision was made to write off the property to the State Budget for the formation of debts from individual Algait Huseynov, whose debt amounted to AZN 18,768. However, during the control measure, documents confirming the payment of the debt to the budget were submitted, and therefore the inventory of the person's property was not carried out.
