September 12, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of the joint Azerbaijani-Russian enterprise RAVIL declined, Abc.az reports with reference to Vergiler newspaper (“Taxes”).

So, due to the fact that the charter capital of this enterprise was not previously paid by the founders, the charter capital is reduced from AZN 16,500 to AZN 10 by new founders and the charter is changed.
