August 2, Fineko/abc.az. According to Central Bank’s data, the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund gave AZN 100.7 million of mortgage loans in the 1st half of the year.

Over the past year the amount of loans refinanced by the Fund reached AZN 135.6 million, the amount of finances raised through the issuance of bonds on the securities market – AZN 40 million, and the amount of funds allocated to the Fund from the State Budget totaled AZN 20 million.
