July 1, Fineko/abc.az. For Jan-May of the year the growth rate of tax revenues (8.3 %) exceeded the nominal GDP growth rate (2.8 %), and the growth rate of tax revenues from the non-oil sector (16.1%) exceeded the nominal GDP growth rate in this sector (7.7%).

The Ministry of Taxes informs that the increase in the number of active VAT payers, registered facilities, decrease in cash in calculations, increase in turnover in the payroll and the number of employees with whom an employment contract is concluded, including an increase in voluntary tax payments are positive factors affecting the growth of tax revenues.
