October 20, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2026, Azerbaijan recorded a rise on exports of aluminum and products made from it, both in physical and monetary terms.

The State Customs Committee informs that the statistical value of exports of aluminum and products made from it for the past 9 months of 2026 amounted to $219.61 million against $155.79 million for Jan-Sept 2025. Thus, the indicator grew by 41%, or by $63.82 million.

The physical volume of exports also increased. For Jan-Sept 2025, 55,219.19 tons of aluminum and products made from it were shipped abroad, while in the same period of 2026 this figure increased by 13% up to 62,204.63 tons.

The share of aluminum and its products in Azerbaijan's overall exports increased from 0.84% in the first 9 months of 2025 up to 0.92% for Jan-Sept 2026.

At that, the share of these products in country's non–oil exports declined from 5.88% for Jan-Sept 2025 to 3.30% for Jan-Sept 2026.
