October 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund is planning a new bond issue in the amount of 50 million manats to finance long-term mortgage lending.

The issue provides for the issuance of 50,000 bonds with nominal value of 1,000 manats each, with an annual interest rate of 3% and maturity of 7,560 days.

This step comes at a time when the Fund is reducing its fundraising and lending volumes. Thus, for Jan-Sept 2026, the volume of mortgage bonds placed decreased by 27.3% to 400 million manats and the volume of mortgage loans issued for Jan-Aug by 13.7% to 262.9 million manats.
