During his speech at the Second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov noted that Azerbaijan's internal political stability, policy consistency, relatively low public debt and large-scale financial reserves, as well as predictable policies provide a solid foundation for investors.

Jabbarov stressed that despite the fact that Azerbaijan is a landlocked country from a geographical angle, thanks to long-term policy and sustainable investments, it has become an international transport hub.

"Today, the East-West and North-South corridors passing through our territory operate in both directions. The Baku International Sea Trade Port, the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, our merchant fleet and the Caspian Cargo Fleet are just some of the elements of the Middle Corridor connecting Central Asia through the Caspian Sea with the South Caucasus, Turkey and Europe," he said.
