September 7, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st half of 2026, The total spending on the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP) rose by 25% year-on-year, reaching $60 million.
Of them, $41 million accounted for operating expenses (a rise of 13.9%) and $19 million for capital expenditures (a rise of 58.3%).
The average daily pipeline capacity grew by 2.1% and reached 63.7 million cu m.
One of the key changes was that from July 1, 2026, the general operation of the SCP was transferred from BP to SOCAR's subsidiary SOCAR Midstream Operations LLC.
