September 1, Fineko/abc.az. "I am delighted to visit brotherly Kyrgyzstan once again.

During my state visit a month ago, the Treaty on Alliance Relations was signed," stated President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev during his speech at the "SCO plus" format meeting.

The Head of State emphasized that this historic document has elevated bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan to the highest level.
