In the 1st half of 2026, the revenues of the budget of the State Social Protection Fund (under the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of the Population), which is part of the consolidated budget of Azerbaijan, amounted to 4.295 bn manats (8.4% more year-on-year), expenditures - 4.123 bn manats (10.2% more).

According to the Ministry of Finance, in addition, for the 1st half of the year, the budget revenues of the Unemployment Insurance Fund totaled 125.2 million manats (3.1% more), expenses — 78.1 million manats (7.5% less), budget revenues of the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund — 1.012 bn manats (19.3% less), expenses - 1.153 bn manats (13.6% more), budget revenues of the State Oil Fund - 8.54 bn manats (3.1% less), expenses - 6.434 bn manats (11.4% less).

The budget revenues of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic reached 218.4 million manats, expenses - 215.7 million In annual terms (a rise of 2.4% and 6.2%, respectively).
