July 27, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani factoring company Ferrum Kapital OJSC is preparing to place bonds for 1 million manats at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

According to the securities issue prospectus, there are 10,000 registered interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary bonds with nominal value of 100 manats each (for totally 1 million manats). The securities will be in circulation for 1 year. Their annual yield is 14%. Interests will be paid quarterly.

The underwriter of the process is investment company Pasha Kapital OJSC. Persons wishing to purchase bonds may also apply to other BSE member investment companies.

The issuer does not provide for the redemption of securities during the circulation period.
