July 8, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Wednesday’s trading.

As of 09:17 on Baku time, the price of September’s Brent oil futures contract on the ICE Futures exchange rose by $2.17 (2.93%) up to $76.33 per barrel. At the end of trading on July 7, the contract grew in price by $2.17 (3.01%) up to $74.16 per barrel.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), August’s WTI oil futures contract increased in price by $2.08 (2.95%) up to $72.52 per barrel by 09:17. At the end of the trading session on July 7, the contract observed growth in price by $1.89 (2.76%) up to $70.44 per barrel.

The price of Azerbaijani crude oil Azeri Light grew by $1.95 (2.65%) up to $75.66 per barrel.
