June 30, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, out of the 86,147 tour packages sold in Azerbaijan, 67,301, or 78.1%, accounted for foreign trips of the country's citizens.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to official statistical data, that 8,483 tour packages were sold to Azerbaijani citizens for domestic travel, making up 9.8% of overall sales.

In addition, 10,363 tour packages were sold to foreign citizens and stateless persons traveling in Azerbaijan (12% of the total).

Thus, in 2025, almost eight out of every 10 tour packages sold in Azerbaijan accounted for for foreign travel, while less than one out of 10 accounted for domestic travel.
