June 8, Fineko/abc.az. An auction for the placement of interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary registered bonds of Azərmaş Group LLC in the amount of $5 million has been held today at Baku Stock Exchange CJSC (BSE).

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the BSE that 50,000 bonds with nominal value of $100 each were placed with the use of a fixed-price auction method.

106 investors submitted 106 bids worth $5 million at the auction. Eventually, all the bonds were placed.

The securities will be in circulation for 2 years. Their annual return is 9%. Interests will be paid quarterly. The underwriter of the process is Troni Investment Company.

During the period of circulation of the bonds, their redemption by the issuer is not provided.
