June 4, Fineko/abc.az. Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree authorizing NordLine to acquire a 10% stake of French energy giant TotalEnergies in Arctic LNG 2.

ABC.AZ informs that this document will allow TotalEnergies to transfer its direct shares in a large Arctic LNG project led by Novatek. The financial and legal terms of the deal have not been disclosed at the moment.

This May, Novatek, which owns 60% of Arctic LNG 2 shares, established a wholly controlled subsidiary, Nordline LLC.
