May 20, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC, owned by the State Housing Construction Agency, has announced a tender procedure for purchase of infrastructure works for multi-family residential buildings to be constructed on an area of 4.5 hectares in Saray settlement.

ABC.AZ informs that as part of the competition, work will be conducted on the vertical layout of the territory, laying roads and sidewalks, landscaping, as well as water supply and sewerage.

The probable price of works announced by MIDA LLC is estimated at 6.03 million manats.
