April 14, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, reinsurance premiums decreased by 12% (19 million manats) compared with 2024 and amounted to 135 million manats.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the annual Financial Stability Report of the Central Bank, the share of transferred reinsurance contributions in insurance premiums made up 8.4%. It is noted that 4.7% of the transferred reinsurance contributions (6.3 million manats) account for types of life insurance and 95.3% (128.8 million manats) for types of non-life insurance.

In the life insurance segment, transferred reinsurance premiums made up 0.97% of collected insurance premiums, and in the non—life insurance segment - 15.1% of collected premiums.
