Forecast: Average daily oil production in Azerbaijan to be 540,000 next year

April 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Energy Information Administration under the U.S. Department of Energy predicts that Azerbaijan will produce an average of 540,000 b/d of oil in 2027, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the April issue of the EIA Short-Term Energy Outlook.

The estimate for 2027 remained unchanged from the Department's March forecast.

According to expectations, in the 1st quarter of next year, the average daily production will be about 550,000 barrels (the same level as in the previous forecast).

In the 2nd quarter, the figure is expected to decrease to 540,000 b/d, and this estimate is also unchanged from March.

In the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2027, according to agency's forecast, production will remain at nearly 530,000 b/d. These figures also remained the same compared to estimates published a month earlier.
