April 3, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has fined two commercial banks, Kapital Bank and AFB Bank.

ABC.AZ informs that an official of Kapital Bank was fined 1,500 manats for violating the requirements of the "Rules for the preparation, maintenance and presentation of prudential reports prepared by banks and local branches of foreign banks", taking into account the requirements of Article 47 of the Law on Banks, based on Article 439.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Violations in the reporting form do not pose a threat to the financial stability of the bank.

An AFB Bank official was fined 2,000 manats for violating the requirements of the "Rules for the preparation, maintenance and presentation of prudential reports prepared by banks and local branches of foreign banks", taking into account the requirements of Article 47 of the Law on Banks, based on Article 439.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Violations in the reporting form do not pose a threat to the financial stability of the bank.
