March 6, Fineko/abc.az. Qatar is suggesting some LNG tankers for lease as its export operations remain shut after the suspension of LNG production at the Ras Laffan plant, ABC.AZ reports, referring to traders and ship tracking data.

Speech is about at least two gas tankers - Al Thumama and Mesaieed. Both vessels are under long-term lease from Qatar national oil & gas company Qatar Energy and are currently located off the western coast of Africa.

Qatar is one of the three largest LNG exporters in the world.
