March 2, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund issues mortgage bonds for 50 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports that 50,000 bonds with nominal value of 1,000 manats each are being issued. These are interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary, registered bonds.

The annual interest rate on the bonds is 3.25%. The maturity of the bonds is 7,200 days.

The bonds are intended for placement by the mass offering method in the trading system of Baku Stock Exchange CJSC.

Investment company Invest-AZ CJSC renders the issue underwriter services.
