February 25, Fineko/abc.az. Non-bank credit organization Forfinance LLC completed its first year of operation - 2025 - with net loss of 36,000 manats.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to NBKO's financial report that last year Forfinance's loss before taxation amounted to 44,000 manats and the savings on income tax reached 9,000 manats.

As of January 1, 2026, Forfinance's assets totaled 8.487 million manats. Of them, 7.852 million manats accounted for loans to customers.

NBCO's liabilities totaled 7.123 million manats and the balance sheet capital - 1.364 million manats.

Forfinance was registered in 2024. Its authorized capital is 1.4 million manats. The founders of the NBCO are Siraj Aliyev with equity stake of 86% and Emil Khalilov - 14%.
