Oil price goes down, Brent - $65.90 a barrel

February 2, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are falling in Monday’s trading after last week’s growth.

By 09:25 at the ICE Futures exchange, April’s Brent crude futures declined in price by $3.42 (4.93%) to $65.90 per barrel. Following the trading on January 30, April’s Brent futures dropped by $0.27 (0.39%) to $69.32 per barrel.

At the NYMEX commodity exchange, the price of March’s WTI crude oil futures fell by $3.37 (5.17%) to $61.84 per barrel by 09:22. Following the trading on January 30, March’s WTI contract decreased in price by $0.21 (0.32%) to $65.21 per barrel.

Following the past week, crude oil Brent rose by 6.53% and WTI by 6.78%. In January, Brent grew by 16.17% and WTI by 13.57%.
