January 28, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, 4.465 billion manats were allocated from the State Budget of Azerbaijan for the restoration and reconstruction of the territories, liberated from occupation.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan, out of this amount, 3.78 billion manats, or 84.7%, are earmarked funds provided directly for the restoration and reconstruction of the liberated territories.

Another 373.2 million manats, or 8.3%, were allocated from the Reserve Fund of the State Budget.

In addition, 258.5 million manats, or 5.8%, were allocated within the state capital investments (investment expenditures of the budget), and 52.1 million manats, or 1.2%, were allocated under other items of the State Budget.

In 2024, the State Budget allocated 4.855 billion manats for the restoration and reconstruction of the liberated territories.
